Constraint-Based Visual Encoding as a Complement to Genetic Sonification Protocols: A Hue-Class Dinucleotide Mapping Framework

This document presents an original, constraint-based methodology for visually encoding genetic motif structure through a reproducible dinucleotide-driven mapping framework. Designed as a complementary modality to a previously disclosed constraint-based genetic sonification protocol (Sagar, 2026), the present system translates reduced dinucleotide sequences into standardized hue-class motif plates.

Fasting Across Scriptural Traditions and Metabolic Timescales: A Multimodal Encoding Framework for Fasting-Responsive Genes

This document presents an interdisciplinary framework for exploring fasting-responsive genetic pathways through constrained multimodal translation. Building upon previously disclosed dinucleotide-based methodologies for genetic sonification and hue-class visual encoding (Sagar, 2026a; Sagar, 2026b), the present work situates fasting as both a conserved metabolic intervention and a cross-civilizational contemplative practice.

Neuro-Vastu Compass: A Cognitive-Spatial Mapping Framework for Neuroaesthetic Principles Across Directional Space

This paper proposes an exploratory cognitive-spatial mapping framework aligning neuroaesthetic principles of perceptual experience the directional archetypes encoded in Vastu Shastra. Drawing upon V.S. Ramachandran’s eight proposed laws of artistic experience, the present work introduces a ninth integrative principle – Integrative Coherence – corresponding to the Brahmasthana (central organizing void) in traditional architectural planning.
